Breaking out of Living Week by Week

Breaking out of Living Week by Week

Let’s get real. One of the main reason couples separate is financial stress. I know personally finances have been a point of contention in my marriage through out the years.

So if you could remove that stress about money from your life, would you?

Pretty sure there isn’t one of you reading this (married or not) that said no. Who willingly wants to stress about their finances? Or even stress at all?
So how can property help? How can it play a crucial part in your own financial freedom?
As I’ve aged and grown (somewhat) wiser, and the more I’ve watched the people around me live their lives, the more that I realised that this system of trading money for time is broken. Yup, broken. The concept that someone can place a value on your time is almost a little unsettling, especially considering that you are rarely the one deciding what you are worth.
Think about people who do well financially. One thing they will often have in common is that they have something else going on on the side. Something that just seems to provide an income with no extra time required. It’s this idea that is SO important.

If people continue to rely solely on exchanging their time for money, something’s gotta give. They’re ultimately, like all of us, going to run out of time.
We live in a world now where what we value most is time.
Where our technology is virtually centred around saving us time, so we can get on with doing what we really want to do.
So why is this system of trading money for time in a business sense still so widely accepted as normal when yet it is so ridiculously out-dated?

Confused? Me too.

Property investing.
I know, those words probably made all your alarms go off.
I’m not here to sell you something, merely leave you with a question, with a thought, with something for you to mull over as you sip your afternoon coffee.
But property investing can work. It’s not just for the already rich. It can compliment almost anyone.
It can help you reach your idea of financial freedom.
Property investing, although it can help you break away from the “time for money” system and help avoid living the monotonous week to week routine, is NOT a get rich quick system. Although if you’re smart about it there may come a time in your life where you may never have to trade your time for money again.

So think about your financial freedom.
How much would an extra $50–100 a week mean to you?

If you made it through this, kudos!
This project of mine has been a long time in the making, and I hope that the more you read and the more knowledge I that I can share with you, the better equipped you will be to possibly embark on your own Property Investment journey.
